The Parochial Church Council
The Parochial Church Council of All Saints Helmsley (PCC) is the registered charity responsible for supporting the mission, ministry and administration of the Parish of Helmsley and for the care of its churches.
The PCC works with the Vicar and wider church community to support worship and pastoral care, mission and outreach, work with children and families, community engagement, and the care and development of our church buildings.
